Cropping is changing the way you can see a picture, whether it be zooming in or zooming out. Cropping is useful for making photos turn out how you want them to. Some things to avoid when cropping an image is to avoid cropping in to much as it can cause the photo to be blurry and become pixelated easily.

Effects
The information the camera puts out is important because you may want to use the same settings to take the same photo but be in a different spot to throw out a different picture. The information is great for beginners because you can learn what all the symbols mean and what the settings were for it.
Adjusting is a great tool for any photographer because if you happen to mess up on your photo or if you want to change up some details on it you can withe the adjust tool. You can change the exposure, saturation, or the contrast. You can make the photos stick out more and look more how you want it to.
Effects are great to use in photos because you can edit the photo to have it stick out more than from regular photos. Some of the effects I used were a color boost, black and white, antique, and lastly sepia. I noticed that with each effect something stuck out more to me with the seats I was able to make out each color even better than before. With the sepia effect I could see the reflexion off the truck better which allowed for my eyes to grip on another object.
